At Gentle Ear Care, we aim to provide professional and safe ear care services. Our refund policy ensures fairness for both our clients and the clinic:

Appointments

  • Refunds are not provided for services already rendered.

  • If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made within the required timeframe may be eligible for a full credit toward a future appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service fee.
